We use Marcona and Ferragnes almonds from Spain, known for their buttery richness and typically used in high-end cooking and gourmet snacking.
They’re grown sustainably using traditional dryland farming methods, then roasted in small batches right here in London to bring out their natural depth and sweetness. This is what gives our almond butter its silky smooth texture and balanced, full flavour.
