Boozy Deep almond butter caramel cream

  • 2 tsp DEEP Almond Butter Caramel

  • 1 tsp Madagascan vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp brown spirit (we’d recommend a premium cognac or whisky)

  • 100 ml double cream

Stir the first three ingredients together in a bowl. Pour in the double cream and stir until just combined.

Even with the addition of the caramel, this isn’t a very sweet cream, so it pairs wonderfully with rich recipes. Serve with your favourite desserts and puddings, or dolloped on top of a chili hot chocolate.
