DEEP Almond Butter asian slaw dressing
For the dressing
2 tbsp DEEP Almond Butter
1 pinch chili flakes
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp yuzu ponzu
1/2 tsp mirin
1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
1 tsp srircha
1.5 tbsp honey
Juice of 1/2 small lime
1 pinch ground sweet cinnamon
1 garlic clove, minced
For the salad
1/4 head of cabbage, shaved (thinly sliced)
1/2 red onion, sliced
1 small red pepper, sliced thinly sliced
1 carrot, peeled into ribbons (or matchsticks - store bought is perfectly fine)
Small handful roughly torn fresh coriander
Black and white sesame seeds
Toasted coconut flakes
Place all the salad ingredients into a bowl. Whisk all dressing ingredients together. Pour over the salad and toss to combine. Top with sesame and coconut flakes to serve.
