DEEP Almond Butter asian slaw dressing

For the dressing

  • 2 tbsp DEEP Almond Butter

  • 1 pinch chili flakes

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp yuzu ponzu

  • 1/2 tsp mirin

  • 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger

  • 1 tsp srircha

  • 1.5 tbsp honey 

  • Juice of 1/2 small lime

  • 1 pinch ground sweet cinnamon

  • 1 garlic clove, minced 

For the salad

  • 1/4 head of cabbage, shaved (thinly sliced)

  • 1/2 red onion, sliced

  • 1 small red pepper, sliced thinly sliced

  • 1 carrot, peeled into ribbons (or matchsticks - store bought is perfectly fine)

  • Small handful roughly torn fresh coriander 

  • Black and white sesame seeds 

  • Toasted coconut flakes 

Place all the salad ingredients into a bowl. Whisk all dressing ingredients together. Pour over the salad and toss to combine. Top with sesame and coconut flakes to serve.
