DEEP Almond Butter marshmallow squares
2 tbsp DEEP Almond Butter
2 tsp DEEP Almond Butter Caramel
195g/6 cups Rice Krispies
4 tbsp salted butter
1/4 tsp Maldon sea salt flakes
2 213g jars of Marshmallow Fluff (or 8 cups mini marshmallows)
1 tsp Madagascan vanilla extract
Cooking spray
Line a baking dish or baking sheet with parchment, then mist lightly with cooking spray. Set aside.
Melt butter and sea salt flakes in a large pot on medium heat. Once melted, add Marshmallow Fluff and stir until the butter has been properly incorporated. Remove the pot from the heat. Stir in vanilla extract and DEEP Almond Butter. Once combined, add the Rice Krispies and use a rubber spatula or wooden spoon to stir until all the cereal is thoroughly coated with the marshmallow mix.
Working quickly, remove the mixture from the pot and press it into the prepared dish. Drizzle with warmed DEEP Almond Butter Caramel.
Allow to cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before enjoying a square (or two, or three)…
